  Great place to work! Currently employed here as a preventative maintenance (PM) tech and its arguably one of the best places I've worked amongst all other places I've been employed at. Fairly new being that this shop (172) is the upgrade that the employees of shop 288 in Marietta used to work at transitioned to back in March of this year. Its had many growing pains since the day we moved into this shop since everything wasnt set in stone as to how things were to run but over time things have panned out for the most part. The manager is very formal and professional and probably one of the nicest people I've worked under in a long time. The atmosphere is one of production. Things are never stagnant in this shop because trucks are always coming and and leaving so you'll never run out of stuff to do if you like to turn wrenches or maintenance vehicles. Been with uhual over a year now and the only real issue I've ever experienced is the shop politics yet theres always going to be something or someone you disagree with no matter where you go. As long as you do your job and focus on ways to improve your routine as a tech here then there's nothing to worry about. Overall it's my first official mechanic job as a persons who loves to turn wrenches and has one semester left to get their AAS in automotive Technology. Great benefits too by the way. No complaints. The good far outweighs the bad here at 172. It takes a little time to get used too but once your settled it's a home away from home in my opinion.
