(July 28, 2018, 7:40 pm)Supporting local means alot to a business. It's choosing to vote with your dollars and being a conscious consumer vs. cheap. This gym is elegance, affordable, welcoming, inclusive, clean, yummy (they have nutrition shakes) and i absolutely get results (500 calories a class -LM) and I don't feel hustled or nickled and dimed to ask a question when using equipment. The owner lives what he promotes. It's not just his business, it's a lifestyle. Such a beautiful + powerful energy in there. I highly recommend it. TIP: Park in the underground garage on NS of the block. Free for first hour.
