This place is amazing I had a trip set for the day before my flight and they helped me so much they even had to close to clean for covid-19 and they still took care of everything fast and ez the people are really nice and super helpful best experience ever.

Phone operator was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Honestly, coming in during this pandemic not knowing what to expect, the staff was amazing. From the security guard to the gentleman that helped me get my daughters passport. For anyone asking, yes you need to make an appointment, and in order for this to happen you should be flying out in an "emergency" situation within 72 hours. You should have your itinerary ready, and the passport form filled out before you go to your appointment. you should bring originals of documents, and copies as well. Bring all of the needed documentation in and be prepared. I was and I was helped in a total of 30 minutes. once he reviewed my documentation he had me pay the fee (they take card) and then gave me a total of 2 receipts, one of my purchase and one that I needed to bring back when my passport was ready. I came back in 2 hours and it was ready. Simple and easy process. very helpful staff and very happy with the time frame, cleanliness of the facility and how fast it was. Thank you!

They say to get there 30 minutes prior to appointment - I got there and was processed right away. Not only that, when I researched getting an expedited passport online there were plenty of places willing to do it in 5 business days for $500. This place got me a passport pretty much immediately for $200 and I needed this passport within 2 days. Thank you so much Western Passport!

For a government facility this was the friendliest and quickest service I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was in and out 5 minutes before my scheduled time. The lady was very nice and informative. This made the 4 hour drive there and back from Phoenix not as painful.
