I had a reversal and a redo reversal
At ICVR. Dr Marks and the staff at ICVR were very supportive before, during, and after the surgeries. After care can make the difference between success and failure with this surgery. I would highly recommend ICVR.

ICVR makes possible what other centers/hospitals absolutely do not: surgeons who perform vasectomy reversals every single day and who have countless years of experience, and a cost that is affordable. We both did quite a bit of research of our options and are so happy we went with Dr Marks. We were 20 years out from the reversal, and most doctors will simply say that it's not possible. Truly unbelievable.

I would highly recommend Dr Marks and his team. They are very caring, professional and knowledgeable. They are on point! Dawn and Casee were such a great help. Harold and Matt were awesome as well. We did have a lot of questions and they were all answered. They really do care and make it a priority to make you feel special and important. That’s important to us. From the first phone call through my procedure, they exceeded our expectations. Their facility is very accommodating and clean. They also have an awesome private waiting room with snacks, drinks, TV, couch etc. All in all, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you all!

Was a little worried about flying somewhere for a vasectomy reversal, but I'm glad I did. I looked at a bunch of different places that do reversals, and ultimately decided on Dr. Marks. While my main contact was a little tough to get a hold of (replies within 2-3 days, she's very busy), all of my questions were answered quickly. It's a little more pricey than some of the 'discount places', but after reading some horror stories on reviews of those other place I decided it was worth it. It was of course much less expensive still than having a local urologist do it.

The staff were very friendly & welcoming. Really felt like I was the reason they were there and, well, that's because I was. I was the only person that morning getting a reversal (by design). After chatting with everyone for a bit, then 1 on 1 with Dr. Marks, I was moved into the procedure room, where again everyone in there was very welcoming and friendly. When I woke up, it was over. The post op instructions are very thorough and I couldn't really come up with any questions that weren't right there in the booklet they gave me. Dr. Marks came and visited my hotel the next day. I've received numerous follow up calls from him and staff as well.

I had my procedure done the in the last week of August 2020, and my wife was pregnant by October. Very happy with this place and the results. Definitely worth the trip.
