  Laurie, Carol, and Amir are all excellent. They responded quickly when we needed anything like repairs. Just finished our walk through after a 2 year lease, excellent!

  I have been dealing with EMS Realty for over 30 years. Over the years, they have helped me and my family with purchasing and selling properties. However, our main interactions with EMS come from having them manage several rental properties we own.
  I cannot even imagine what we would do without the expert and easily accessible help we have received. EMS manages our properties in a professional and thorough manner. They find us reliable and well-screened tenants, collect rents, pay expenses and supply us with easily understood monthly statements and yearly summaries. They provide related services of any kind whenever needed, such as dealing with repairs or maintenance issues, or simply offering good advice.
  The staff at EMS is professional, honest and reliable, and best of all, so wonderful to deal with. They are warm, friendly and always helpful.
  The owner, Lisa Suarez, is a delightful, ethical and honest person, who is very good to her staff and therefore, we have been dealing with the same people for many years. There is extremely little turnover, which is very rare in this day and age.

  I am a Destination Services Consultant for several Relocation Management Companies and have had the pleasure of working with Lori Gray over the past several years. My clients are high-level international corporate transferees relocating to Tucson with their families to work for companies such as Caterpillar, Roche, Honeywell, etc. and as such are accustomed to the highest level of customer service.

  For the past 4 years I have been pleased to know that EMS Realty has my back. They have excellent customer service. The properties they manage have wonderful renters and they assure clients to take good care of them and my interests. The monthly statements are simple and easy, automatic payment which all parties involved.
  This feels like a partnership in offering a solid rental and their renters get plenty of attention if needed from EMS and from me.
