  I treated myself to a session with Mercedez for my birthday. What a gift it was!! She is an amazing and gifted healer.
  
  To be honest, I didn’t fully know what cranial-sacral work was before I went in, but Mercedez came highly recommended by a good friend. So in I went with a smile and an open mind.
  
  The room we were in was lovely and welcoming, and I was comfortable with her and the process right away. Time flew by yet somehow stretched magically as she used her gifts of seeing and hearing spirits to guide her hands. She worked on areas I expressed concern about and found other painful places I never mentioned. She explained that negative emotions may have caused or contributed to the issues in my body, and showed/taught me that it’s perfectly fine to ask the spirits to help me release the negative thoughts and feelings that no longer serve me. She told me about the ancestral spirits that are close to me on my journey and talked to me about the state of my chakras and my life’s purpose. Needless to say, I got a lot of bang for my buck!
  
  I left the session feeling great!! My vibration was definitely higher and I couldn’t wait to tell friends and family about the experience. I found myself amazed at how loose my hips and lower back felt and danced around in Big Lots that evening to show my mobility off to my daughter. Lol

  Had a great opportunity to stop by at this location and I wish I get more customer service like it back in Toronto. Andre and Justin were great, professional and knowledgeable. I was offered coffee and had a great conversation while my order was done. Love the actual place; felt comfortable (real plants, arm chairs and large windows). Definitely coming back when visiting Niagara!
