  Gabriel was our technician and was super nice! He was on time and willing to put in the work to really get our carpets clean. The price vs the quality of the service was super awesome and super affordable! Especially for 2 broke college students. I will definitely be using this company the next time I move!

  This was my first experience with Steamy Concepts and it was exceptional. Every aspect, from scheduling, to being on-time (early), to quoting, to actual price - was highly accurate and professional. NO hidden fees. Our technician, Alvin, was equipped with a new van and scrubbing equipment. He was courteous and professional, took before and after pictures, and did 1000 sq ft in about 2 hours. The white tile floors look brand new! I will most definatley use Steamy Concepts again.

  This was the first time using steamy concepts. Also the first time using any company since we moved to Arizona. Back in Oregon my friend owned a company so I always used him! Gabriel was the tech that came over today. Super nice and what a hard worker. He had attention to detail when cleaning my off white suede leather couch. My son took a washable marker to the sofa... need I saw more! Gabriel was not sure if he could get it clean. So he tested an area then let me decide. I took the risk and it came out better than I imagined. But honestly I think the couch looks so good because of Gabriel... he really spent a ton of time on the couch.
  
  He also clean the carpets, found pet problems I didn’t know I had and cleaned the stairs.
  
  Top notch from start to finish! Even Kyle the scheduler was awesome on the phone!
  
  I highly recommend steamy concepts with Gabriel and Kyle!
  
  FYI: my husband did not want me to hire this company because he said they were known for up charging on everything. I’m an excellent negotiator if need be. But honestly I didn’t need to negotiate anything! It was straight forward, honest, on time and done right!

  I found the crew to be very efficient and professional they come in give you the estimate get your approval and get right to work.
  Good working crew of Israel and Ruben, the only thing that I did surprise me is that with them going from household to household they were not wearing mask.

  I just had my 2 bedroom apartment cleaned,to save myself money and the headache of trying to do it myself.. and let me tell you it was well worth it. my carpet looks like I just moved in to a palace in Dubai Steamy Concepts sent over Stephan Valencia he was so professional did an Amazingly Quick Job in an out my place in less than an hour I highly recommended these guys..
