I love this place. Hubby and I went in the morning to get my haircut before we had to go into my Dr. appointment and the haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it, with time to spare! Hubby liked her work so much he decided to get his own haircut if she wasn't busy.. she was more than happy to do so, made him look like a human again lol, no more hats for him! I've been recommending everyone that asks to this salon. Def going to get my little girl's hair done there as well for her birthday, my mother in law was so interested she's getting her hair done there too haha. Thanks Erica I'm glad we met, you're such a wonderful person to be around and now I won't go anywhere else? Way better than Tony&Guy??

Ok, so in all honesty I haven't had my hair done here yet. But from the experience I've had so far I know I'm going to love this place. I went in and the lady there was really friendly, made me feel welcome and treated me very well. We went over options for my hair and because I have very colorful hair already she worked with me to kinda keep my hair colorful. I am so excited to get my hair done here! I was supposed to come in on the Saturday after my consult but I had a small family emergency and couldn't make it. They are being kind enough to let me reschedule and I am beyond greatful. I highly recommend Salon 520 Beauty Lab just based on the service I've had so far. Incredible people working here and the prices are fair and reasonable! Go check em out!

Esther is amazing! She's been cutting my hair since she first opened her Salon! Very reasonable price for high quality hair cut, style (+shampoo/conditioner & wash)! Salon is super clean w/high quality products!

As an Asian-American with thick hair, I was so relieved to have found this place on Yelp! Excellent customer service. The space is vibrant and clean. It has a very professional and new feeling to it. Esther was very attentive and meticulous the entire time. At other hair salons, I have sometimes felt like they were trying to rush my haircut to get to the next customer, but Esther took so much care with my hair, I felt as if she was cutting her own.

Additionally, there is a rewards program. After 10 haircuts you get a free haircut or deep conditioning! AND after getting a haircut you are automatically entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win around $25 of free hair supplies. Her young children love picking the winners every month from the raffle box. She also had me fill out a client form to list my birthday, hobbies, occupation and preferred appointment time. It was a small touch, but it made me feel like more than a transaction and that this salon cares about me.

Esther is personable and shared that opening up a hair salon of her own in Arizona has always been her dream. Well, Esther, congratulations on your successful business, and I am so happy that there is a stylist in Tucson who can cut my Asian hair!
