    Simply fantastic! Maggie understands how to give a great workout without compromising safety. Her skills have elevated my fitness level resulting in a much higher quality of life overall. As a professional dog trainer, I am very active and my body got to a point where it wasn't cooperating. I was feeling old and broken. The improvements with Maggie were evident in the first couple of months. After almost a year, I feel stronger, more energetic and happier! Thanks Maggie!

    I started working with Nikki in April after an injury left me unable to do even the simplest tasks of daily living. He focused on helping me get muscle imbalances corrected, improved joint mobility and then strengthening when I was ready. With a history of weight lifting I was eager to get back to lifting as soon as I could. He has been an amazing trainer that has helped me at ALL LEVELS of my fitness and abilities. I'm so happy to be weight lifting again, I thought those days were behind me.

    Nikki is a very accessible, kind, positive person that genuinely wants his clients to be successful and achieve their goals; that doesn't stop with just exercise, he's always helping with nutrition and mindfulness as well. If you've ever felt intimidated or hesitant about working with a personal trainer or didn't feel comfortable in a traditional gym-like setting THIS is where you need to be!

    Nikki is an amazing trainer! I started working out with him and am seeing my body changing. I am building muscle and strength and it shows! He is a very focused, knowledgeable and disciplined person, knowing when and how far to push me to get the best work out I can give. I haven’t felt this good in many years. I would recommend him to anyone as he is the best!

    I recently started with my personal trainer, Nikki. He is an amazing, focused, understanding and compassionate trainer. I really like the fact that he adapts each workout to what I can handle doing. I have already seen weight loss and gained muscle. Another plus is that he also helps with nutrition. If you’re looking for a great trainer to help you with your goals, then I highly recommend Nikki.

    Nikki is a BEAST!!!!! He is knowledgeable, and has multiple certifications. I was extremely skeptical about training with a personal trainer because I lift and have a background of playing sports, but I was blown away! The trainings he has created for me has improved my fitness and overall strength! And Iost 2 notches off my belt with his guidance and creative meal ideas.

    I could not be happier training with Nikki! He radiates positivity and he has helped me and my wife change our ways and get back on track with our fitness, best part is he's not breaking the bank or giving us some crazy diet! He sticks to what we have and makes great recommendations.

    If you want help getting back on track or pushing yourself to the next level I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
