  ***AWESOME *****
  Michael is phenomenal. When I first started with Michael, I was somewhat active and felt I needed more and since joining Michael I've received just that. I started training with Michael thinking I was doing the exercises correctly (lunges,squats ect. ) when I was infact doing them incorrectly and as a result I wasn't receiving the results I was looking for. Since i've started training WE have activated muscles ?I didn't even know existed. He has helped me mentally and physically do exercises I would only dream of doing one day and know we are killing them. Over all it is a great positive training environment and he will push you to your limit and then some.

  He kicks my butt 3 times a week! He is always accommodating to my schedule, always puts thought behind each and every workout, and he pushes me mentally and physically.
  I am happy with my results from what I used to look/ feel like when I first started to now. He has transformed my thoughts on what working out really is all about and for that I am forever grateful!

  Best coaching ever! They help me get passed my physical and mental plateaus. I was not processing in some of my lifts. They help me discover that my glutes were not activating and that I was hyper-extending my lower back. With some cues and some hands on training I was able to get stronger. Added plus I had minor lower back pain that got cured too. I highly recommend Adaptive Performance.
