Michael Pellegrino - Certified Rolfer

I’ve never had Rolfing before but finally decided to try it. I didn’t know what to expect, but I felt at ease with Michael right away. He didn’t try to rush me and answered all of my questions in depth. He was completely focused on understanding the root cause of my hip and neck pain. As soon as he started working on me, he immediately had a lot of insights about my body mechanics and why I experience pain. I was really impressed with his knowledge, skill level, and intuition. He not only worked on my body, but he also watched how I walk, sit, and stand and gave me exercises and stretches to do. When I walked out of his office, all my neck pain was gone, my whole body felt lighter, and I was standing taller. I’m so grateful I found him!
