In ending I want to tell all of yous that Dr Burgess and his two very wonderful Staff members name Cynthia Lamay and Jo Anne Figleroa are always so very very very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me and others too and I always say JOB WELL DONE ok smile. Finally I also say that everyone mention above are always such very very Positive Role Models for all young and old workers in the Healthcare Business ok smile. Now last of all all of the above are always such very very Positive Representatives for the Arizona Community Physicians that all three of them work for day in and day out ok take care smile.

Dr. Elle Ross is my Primary Care Physician, and she is phenomenal. Absolutely the best. She manages the many offices and team members who work together following two cochlear implants. Not an easy task, but Dr. Ross has helped to make it a very successful experience. Great team.
