  I spent a lovely hour touring this beautiful facility. What impressed me most, although I was impressed with many many things, was how integrated the staff and guests were. The support, respect and integrity was evident everywhere. When I entered the buildings I noticed how the natural daylight filled the areas and the energy was wonderful. The gardens were amazing and tranquil, with lovely and spacious seating. The equine program is amazing. The dining areas are spacious and very well appointed. Whoever designed this facility really put much thought into the layout. Kim was a fantastic hostess, taking us through the facility. All of the guests that I saw appeared happy, engaged and at home. No stone left unturned!!! I've always thought of assisted living (nursing homes) as dark and depressing but La Hacienda at the River is full of life, color and texture. Well done!!!!!

  I can’t find the right words to explain the love and power I felt today. I’ve been searching for a rehab for my amazing father who has a stroke a couple of weeks ago. It’s a hard decision and I was really scared. I wanted to just walk-in to a place and like it was right. Place after place I left feeling defeated like I would never find one that wasn’t subpar. Well today it happened. This business is remarkable. The staff was so kind and understanding to my worry and fears. Veronica answered all my questions, gave my a amazing tour, showed me the gym, I got the meet the therapists and talk with them about my dad. I feel like a bazillion pound wait has been lifted off my chest. Thank you Cindy, Brenda and Veronica. I really feel my father will get everything he needs here. I am so grateful for your time today. From my heart and my whole family. Thank you.

  We experienced great care and caring professionals when my Mother in Law was at Hacienda at the River. The staff was so attentive to her and the facilities were clean and beautiful. The food was outstanding and they made the most difficult time for our family so much easier to handle. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing care.

  I had heard many good things about Hacienda at the River. And know people who have been here. This was my first choice and I was delighted to be accepted. My experience has been excellent and has far exceeded my expectations. The people who work here are dedicated and have the best interest of the individual in mind. I worked with a number of physical and occupational therapists. Each one was dedicated and an expert in their field. Having good therapy was high on my list of priorities and this has certainly met my needs. Regarding the community interaction, the staff is most interested in recognizing us as individuals and providing opportunities for self expression and interaction if desired. The medical care was excellent and I felt I was in very good hands. The food is outstanding and I enjoyed the china and cloth napkins.
