I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received for an issue with my bluetooth connecting to my car. I walked in unannounced, expecting to make an appointment and the two ladies at the desk were most welcoming and extremely helpful. They immediately called a genius to help me. A few minutes later, in walked Moses to the rescue. Moses walked me to my car, reassured me that he would be able to fix the issue and indeed, less than five minutes later, from what took me hours with no resolve, Moses solved the problem. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but gracious as well. Thank you, Moses, for your help, it's much appreciated!

Other than the waiting 2hrs for my car to be ready this place its the best. I understand the reason why it takes time to service the vehicle. These people go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Thank you Edwin for your excellent service.

Very delicious. The macaroni salad is my favorite. The refried beans come with melted cheese on top.

Very delicious fast Mexican food, enchiladas were amazing and so. Were the crispy shredded chicken tacos!!! Yummy!!

One of our very favorite places for chicken, and tortillas, and salsa. Wonderful marinated chicken done over mesquite. So very yummy! Prices are also great!

A friend had referred me to BMW of Westchester to have my car serviced. From the second I called, I already knew I was in the right hands. I left a voicemail with Maria and she promptly returned the phone call. I had expressed my concerns about my vehicle and the other service center that I had been bringing my car to. I had recently dropped off my vehicle at another service center in Port Chester about 3 weeks before that with no luck of fixing my car. Port Chester had my car for 10 days and was unable to fix a whirring sound coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle. On top of having my car for 10 days, Port Chester tried returning my car with a giant bubble on the front driver's side tire. I had to go the following day to pick up my car. Talk about an inconvenience. Did anyone realize they were returning my vehicle with this golf ball on my tire?! The car had nothing wrong with the tires when I dropped it off. I actually just had the tire replaced a week before dropping it off. Port Chester advised my father (a retired mechanic) to open up the engine to see if there was anything he could figure out. I literally thought I bought a lemon. My faith in BMW at this point was nonexistent. Luckily, Maria reassured me that my vehicle would be returned as if it was brand new. And by my surprise, my vehicle is fixed. My new service advisor at BMW of Westchester is Marco Di Stefano. I met him late at 8PM the night I dropped off my car. I just made it to the shop in time. I expressed all of my concerns with my vehicle and the poor service I had with the service center in Port Chester. He said he would have the diagnosis tomorrow. Sure enough, I received a phone call from Marco regarding the issue. As we originally suspected, the front passenger wheel bearing had to be replaced. BMW of Westchester had my car for only 2 days. Not only did they fix my car, but they gave me an awesome x5 as a loaner. I have a 2016 750i xdrive. The car is basically fully loaded. It is nice that I was offered a comparable loaner. The loaners I was getting at Port Chester were a basic 3 or 4 series. I could not be any more satisfied with the service I received here. I will bring all my business to BMW of Westchester and be sure to refer my friends here. Thank you so much!
