(February 15, 2022, 8:54 am)So many great trails to take around the park and it is adjacent to PCC East which also has paved and dirt trails you can take. Gorgeous views of the Catalina and Rincon Mountains. We love walking out dogs our here often. Atterbury Nature Trail is also close enough to walk through. So many choices!
(June 29, 2021, 11:53 am)It is a peacfeul quiet trail, not very long so great place to start for beginners. It is right along the wash and has picnic areas to the side. I am waiting for some rain so I can go see the water running during the nature walk. I've encountered a lot of bunnies and birds. There is a perfect spot for watching the sunrise towards the end of the loop.
It used to be an animal sanctuary but you can see the toll the drought has taken on the flora.
