So grateful for the care that was provided to my mom by Dr. Burger and her staff. They were kind, gentle, and prompt every step of the way in getting her a diagnosis. While her diagnosis changed all of our lives, we're all so relieved to finally know and be able to have a plan of action to get her care. I can’t believe these other reviews! This office is the most responsive I have EVER dealt with, and I was a medical office manager for years.😅
They always answer or return a call promptly. They even called us after hours and on weekends to check on our other appointments and help us navigate a confusing system!
Lol the doctor discriminates against the disabled? It’s literally her life’s work and she has a medical condition herself. She cannot talk while wearing a mask you can hear her gasping for air but still wears one the entire time otherwise, as does the staff. Temps, distancing, sanitation, the whole thing.
I trusted these folks with my loved one and you should too. They will treat you like you are their own family.

This office has set the standard for what it means to provide comprehensive, compassionate care. We were thrown into a total crisis when we learned our mom’s long standing memory issues were progressing rapidly.
Ms. Sarah Sanchez, Dr. Burger's amazing assistant, took our SOS call. Talked me through the process of evaluation and diagnosis in such a steady and calm manner. She recognized the severity of our situation, and said while the first available appointment was 6 weeks out, she would see if the doctor and team could come in on for us on a Saturday... AND THEY DID. Ugh I still cry with gratitude when I think about it.
The technician, Amanda was so great, and gentle with my mom as she walked her through hours extensive testing that's really not fun, helped keep her comfortable and supported and engaged for nearly *8 hours*.
When we received the diagnosis , there's no one I would have rather had supporting my family than Dr. Burger. So professional and so passionate about her work. So invested and sincere. Incredibly thorough but so clear and concise in her review of the results.
Because of their efforts, our mom was able to start treatment in under 2 months. They helped us fast track all of the requisite appointments including PCP and MRI. This in and of itself is a true miracle, had we done this on our own it would have been 4 to 6 months at best. The list of “above and beyonds” just keeps going.
