(March 20, 2020, 6:54 pm)Very courteous and helpful, they were able to correct my bent detailer hanger without replacing parts and they gave my bike a complimentary inspection. I have full confidence in their associates to provide valuable feedback without trying to sell me anything I don't need or didn't ask for. Plus they sent me home with some excellent biking maps of Tucson. I'll be using them for all my cycling needs as long as I'm living nearby.
