Many thanks to Megan! I had recently received a Zuni pendant as a gift. I emailed Medicine Man Gallery for information concerning the Native American artist. Megan was prompt in response, giving me some information. Now I have some accurate information about my piece.I appreciate the prompt response and accurate information!

This is my second purchase from Mark Sublette(owner) and Megan Laughlin (gallery director); their customer service is outstanding. Quick to reply and complete the orders via email or online via their wonderful website... They also have a wonderful selection of pottery, rugs and jewelry. They have a very information website.. We love Medicine Man Gallery. Whenever we are in Tucson, we try to stop in and browse. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The art and jewelry are amazing. Be warned though we always buy more than we planned. There is always one (or more) beautiful item that is a "MUST HAVE".

I am so pleased with the service I received from Mark and Kathleen Sublette. In January 2019, I consigned a 7-piece collection of Indian jewelry with Medicine Man Gallery. Each piece had a pre-approved sales value. As the pieces sold, I was notified verbally by Kathleen and a check arrived soon after. The final and largest piece did not sell at the agreed upon price and a new lower amount was agreed upon. As part of his efforts, Mark sent the piece to another market and it has now sold (January 2022) . I was notified by Kathleen and the final check has been received.
