My domestic partner has been in pain for almost two months. Fortunately for us they hired an insurance specialist to intervene for us so that we could gain approval for procedures that insurance companies took forever and a day to approve.

Mariah Thornberry has been an angel; we have been waiting almost 2 months for a routine shot to relieve pain for at least a 4 month interval. Before her arrival, this procedure took twice as long to approve and our frustration was unbearable.

Dr. Johnson was the doctor we wanted; however, it seemed impossible to get approval. Enter Mariah, the angel, willing to go the extra mile through all the frustration to get us options and hope.

I wish all staff was as diligent as her.
All I can say is thank you to Dr. Johnson for hiring her.

Dr Johnson and the folks at Southwest Sports and Spine ar highly professional and deliver excellent care. I have seen Dr Johnson for low back epidurals and was happy with the outcome. He does everything first class. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service & Treatment - I've been here numerous times to have an anomaly that develops in my fingers called "trigger finger" . While each time Im treated by Dr. Johnson . I've experienced nothing but long term total relief from this minor dibilitating condition. Highly Recommend !
