Was very pleased with staff and Dr. Peters. Was diagnosed and plans for surgery was set into motion. It took awhile to finalize but had to coordinate a time with my OB/GYN. Got out of the hospital 4 days ago and everything went as planned. Had one little concerned but called the office and answering service contacted Dr. Peters and she called me back right away. Would definitely recommend.
Really kind and caring staff, and Dr. Myers is great. They got me in relatively quickly, got my problem checked out, and discussed some next steps. Would definitely recommend them!
Now regarding the other reviews complaining about billing, I haven't had an issue with the billing and besides, the financial policy clearly explains what you're getting into, so there should be no surprises there. As for your phone calls never being answered, you just have to wait a couple minutes for the automated message to cycle through until it gives you the option to talk to one of the staff members.
