This outdoor furniture store has a nice collection of products from reputable suppliers. The prices are good, but what separates them from the rest of the area outdoor furniture stores is the customer service. They are the best and deal with any issue, large or small, that comes up with your purchase. I'm not sure why they have been dinged by other buyer reviews, but I have never experience anything but high-quality customer service.

We have always had great customer service at House 'n Garden. They have a large selection of high-quality outdoor furniture, but what keeps me coming back to them is the customer service - they truly go above and beyond. We've now bought 2 outdoor tables and chairs and love the sturdy feel of the furniture and the design. The delivery team was also extremely nice and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for patio furniture! I'll be a customer for life.

H&G offers a wonderful line of patio furniture. More importantly, the business offers exceptional customer service. We have been very happy with our many purchases of OW Lee furniture. Recently our porcelain-top patio table was damaged. House and Garden facilitated it's repair--which turned out fabulous. Tom and his team of employees are to be commended. Great furniture, great prices, great customer service!
