  Visited AutoNation Subaru and was very pleased with prompt attention and service. Complimentary top off of all of my fluids and thorough check up of my Outback and would highly recommend.
  
  Pleasantly surprised at no charge for issues and diagnosis of problem I brought my car in to do diagnostics.
  
  Making appointment was easy and the scheduling was easy and very accommodating to my schedule.
  
  Recommendations for future services that may be needed. No up selling and very honest and helpful.
  
  The service team went above and beyond.

  Went in for an oil change and a software update. The software update took longer than expected but my service advisor, Steve Russo, was on top Of it! He did his best to make my wait comfortable. But I expected nothing less. He’s always so professional and friendly. He gives us the best customer service.

  Always a pleasure to be at my Subaru dealer. The service people are on time, courteous and explain what will be done. Steve even looked for the best discount coupon to save me money! Because my car was going to be there for several hours, I was provided with a loaner. The waiting area is clean and bright. Checking out is quick and easy. Thanks AutoNation Subaru.😊

  Good new service experience. We needed a trailer hitch installed on our new Outback, was able to call and get that scheduled easily, they sent several nice reminders, and the service was in and out that day. They even nicely took care of the upcoming 6000 mile service while the car was there. Our appointment was at 7am, and they opened promptly on time, and had us on our way quickly -- we just left the car there for the day. Our advisor Steven was friendly and efficient. New trailer hitch looks great, we're ready for traveling this summer!

  Won't get a car from anyone but AutoNation Subaru in Scottsdale from now on! Best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. TJ our salesman was awesome from the get go, emailing me a detailed list of the cost of the car we wanted to purchase before we even went in there. Was a great and very fair price. Financing was great too, absolutely no pressure and no hidden fees, the price we saw was the price we got. We love our Nissan Rogue too! Beautiful vehicle, drives great, amazing price. Thank you TJ and Auto Nation!
