  Nicole and her team are incredible! She listed our house on a Friday and we had an offer in just days. She and her team were patient, answered all our questions and guided us along the way! Even though we live in a different state, she made sure the process went smoothly despite time zone differences and distance!

  Nicole and her entire team at The Vanguard Group are amazing! Nicole is an expert negotiator with my house under contract and over asking in only 4 days!. Kristina and Roxie are right there to keep you updated and make sure it is a smooth process. This is the third home that this team has helped our family with over the last 2 years and we love them! We recommend them to everyone!

  The Vangaurd group lead by Nicole Churchill, have gone above and beyond expectations towards the purchase of our home. Right from the viewing of properties to the closing of our purchased home, they have been very professional, optimistic and vigilant throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t be surprised if your company becomes the number 1 real estate brokerage, if not already, in Arizona!!   I can't say enough about Nicole and Roxie. They were professional and accommodating, and communicative and personable. They went above and beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions, and we could honestly not be more thrilled with their performance. I highly recommend!
