Even though the service took longer than initially expected, everyone at Chapman was very friendly. Lots of smiles (from the reception lady - sorry I don't know her name because she was super helpful). Larry was courteous and professional, and kept me updated about my car. Compared to other places in town, Chapman was a very welcome improvement over every other dealer we have used for servicing our cars. In fact, the lady who helped me make the appointment was just marvelous and got everything I asked about just right on the first try!

When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the General Manager. Diego, and asked if I was there to see someone in particular. As it turns out I was there to see him since my sales professional was not in that day. It says a LOT when the GM personally gets up to greet you. As we spoke, he was very clear about what he could answer directly vs. what he had to check with someone else about. I appreciated his honesty and his desire not to cause confusion by just giving me an answer. He reinforced the message that if I was not satisfied with anything, the dealership would make it right. He put someone in touch with me to make that happen. I am glad that their promise to "make it right" isn't just window-dressing. They really stand behind their promise.

Kind honest patient and understanding. Just a few words to describe the staff at Chapman's. They showed me the metrics through every single car I looked at (a total of 10) to make purchasing simple and straightforward. An amazing selection of vehicles at affordable pricing all things considered. Definitely recommend speaking to Jesus Arnold. He was very helpful.

Went in to have a look at a Lexus RX350, the salesman was outstanding. The numbers where great, and the facility was super clean and nice. I did like the fact of a 0 pressure kinda system,with details along with every step. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and this place was the smoothest yet. Clean ride,full tank of gas,and my daughter loved it!

Let me just start by saying WOW! A world of a difference from all other dealerships I've worked with in the past. After a very fresh nightmare of an experience at another dealership, my spouse and I decided to drive from Scottsdale to Tucson to pick up a 2020 Hellcat from this dealership.

From the start Travis was extremely professional, responsive, helpful with this other nightmare with another dealership, and most important a real person to work with!! At the end of the day service is everything, you can buy a car anywhere, but the experience working with Travis will keep us coming back as life long customers. I will proudly recommend this dealership to others as well. The honesty from Diego who informed us of everything finance wise ahead of time, was also equally a joy. As well as Ryan and many others at this dealership!!
