My first time using Steam Pro went very well. Our very old carpets needed all the help they could get. The cleaning went very well, it took time and he did a thorough job, really got all areas of the carpeting. The cleaning smell was a concern of mine but our tech said it would be gone in a day, and it was completely gone. The rugs took about 8 hours to fully dry and they are fresh and clean now. A/C Duct cleaning and dryer duct cleaning- well done and very organized. Consider doing this when cooler as the AC is off and front door wide open! The only minor frustration I had was the techs were supposed to arrive between 11a and 2p and they did not arrive until after 2p. Maybe a narrower window of arrival and an estimation of the time of the job would be helpful?
