I thought everyone was very helpful. The optometrist (Kowalski) was great. I took my 5 year old and was worried about how he was going to react to all these "scary contraptions " so close to his face. The optometrist was excellent with kids. I was very pleased and always go here. The rest of the staff is so helpful and always willing to answer all my questions and very willing to discuss all options to best help me save.
Lucian was amazing!!
He worked effortlessly to get me in a pair of glasses same day. I just had to drive to park place for p/u.
Lucian exceeded my expectations and delivered awesome service. He was not pushy trying to sell me anything I didn’t want or need.
Highly recommend and plan on going back for digital progressives next!!
Great staff for the eye exam. The doctor went over in detail what my scan showed! Selection and value of frames always amazing!
Dr. Joseph at the oracle location (Tucson, AZ) did such a good job with our eye exams and gave us some knowledge that we were never given at the other places we’ve been to.
The optician that helped us with choosing the perfect glasses was also so patient with my fiancée and I, especially with our little one.
Choosing glasses is never an easy task to do and he made it so much easier.

I've always gone through a different company to get my glasses. I'll never go back to them after coming here. The doctor was very thorough and didn't seem bothered when I had to do the whole "go back please" during the exam. Everyone was friendly, very helpful, and very patient. Instead of feeling rushed to pick out the frames that I liked, several people in the store helped me decide what looked better when I was undecided. Ana, in particular, was extremely helpful with everything and very, very patient with me.
