(January 6, 2023, 4:27 pm)This is a fantastic place with really great owners! I like that it’s quiet and you can workout at any hour of the day/night. If you want to get away from the overcrowded, dirty bigger gyms, this place is a gem.

(December 11, 2022, 10:28 am)This gym is perfect, easy parking, lots of variety in equipment, always clean, free towel service, diversity in members, affordable with accommodating memberships, not overcrowded and has great trainers. Ben the owner is a positive force that’s contagious. 💪
