This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back.

The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean.

Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.

I have been coming to this hotel since November and no matter the room, people, sometimes the maids are not around but the desk staff helped me proper. I stay to myself so whatever others say about the hotel in a negative way is them. Chester the front desk associate has always been cool with me; the maintenance Mr. Flowers and his helper are good to me. Javetta is also a nice and helpful when I ask for something ahe can and has been really good to me. She just needs to get a lil happier. I would stay here again even if I left and came back to Houston. Out of every hotel on Sam Houston even if it is more upscale, I stay here.
