I was very nervous to get my car towed her. I went to a big o tires in a different city and I felt like I was scammed. But this place was amazing. The people working there had a smile at all times and were so helpful. I was in there for about 2 hours but the price for my two tires was about 276. The men there were outstanding and I'd go here rather than any other Big o Tires around. 10/10

Always have such a great experience here. I started coming to this location about 3 years ago when I had major issues with another mechanic company in Shepherdsville. Big O has always treated me with such respect and always taken such great car of my jeeps. Matt is amazing and knows me by name at this point. He always makes sure that my wrangler is handled with care and is always super nice.

I’m extremely particular with who does any type of work on my wrangler and they always make sure that it’s taken care of when I bring it in for my regular maintenance
