Who said customer service does not exist anymore. This company obviously only hires the best. Francesco showed up on time and is the most professional plumber I've ever had in my 28 years of home owner ship. He explained every aspect of the service he was doing and made sure I understood. And could not have been more polite will doing so. He cleared my clogged sewer line and gave me a 90 day warranty. His field supervisor showed up and videoed my septic system and show me the condition of my sewer line live on camera. How cool is that? I will only recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of pluming service.

Jesus and Nick replaced a bathroom pipe, connected the pipe to the sewer line, installed a shower safety bar and installed new drainer baskets in the kitchen sink. This is the fourth project they have done for me.
Both were knowledgeable, professional and personable. They kept me informed about the progress of the job and answered my questions.
Jesus and Nick tested everything and cleaned up before leaving.

Several years ago, we called Al Coronado Plumbing to install two new toilets in our house and we were extremely pleased. Recently, we once again had several plumbing issues and so we called Al Coronado Plumbing for an estimate. The company sent out Eli to assess our problems and he did so in an extremely professional manner. Eli was very clear and communicated our options in a concise and understandable way. Eli's performance demonstrated great experience and high quality of work. Although he always showed extreme professionalism, he was also able to make us feel like we had a friend who had our back. The Al Coronado team replaced the primary waterline at my home after the old galvanized pipe had a major leak. The first help arrived within a couple hours after my phone call and a workaround was implemented that day. The quick response and the effort provided by Logan to implement the workaround is very much appreciated. Rosendo and Kevin dug the long trenches and installed the new waterline. Their work was excellent. They were very professional and courteous. Rosendo refilled the trenches and restored the grounds, leaving no evidence that significant plumbing work had occurred. This restoration was very well done. I am very pleased with the Al Coronado team's work from start to finish and am confident that the high quality waterline will last a long time.

I had an emergency and Al Coronado had a service rep at my home within hours of my call to them. After the first service technician determined that my 15 year old hot water heater needed to be replaced I was devastated as my family was coming to visit from out of town that night.
The service tech, Andy, did everything he could to get someone out here as soon as possible. The office did a great job of re-arranging schedules and was able to have another tech, Tyson, bring and install a new water heater within 2 hours.
I can not say how impressed and grateful I am for the outstanding service provided by Al Coronado Plumbing. Both Andy and Tyson did a great job.
Andy worked hard to troubleshoot the problem and then got everything ready for Tyson who arrived with the new water heater. Tyson was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He installed the new water heater in a timely manner and left everything looking clean and new.
Al Coronado Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations and saved the day for or our family visit later that night! From my initial call to the office and the ensuing work done to replace my water heater everything was done in a very professional and courteous manner.
