  All I can say is how grateful we are for Janet and Micheal Luna! 5 months ago we had to get the house ready to go on the market. Michael jumped in and fixed some repairs needed. Which was a major stress release!
  Janet gave her 100% to get the house sold. Unfortunately, things didn’t go quite as planned as that happens. And there was a few bumps along the way. Janet kept remaining positive and communicating all would be fine and the house would sell. Which of course it did. I really appreciated Janet always being available to answer phone calls/messages no matter the day or time. With all the emotional stress it was a comfort knowing Janet put you first!

  Janet is the best! We lived 4 hours away from where we wanted to buy. Janet responded promptly to every request we had. She did zoom showings for us so we didn’t have to drive down every time we wanted to view a listing. We ended up with the perfect home for us.

  About 6 months ago I decided that I was going to invest somewhat in the Arizona real estate market; I initially came to the conclusion that I would buy a house. Being a veteran of the Army, and having never used my VA Home buying benefits since leaving active duty, I saw that using such benefits in my endeavor would provide me an easier pathway in obtaining my initial goal. Its universally known that finding the right realtor is the key factor in the home buying experience. The realtor has to have your best interests in mind and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the home buying process is as painless and smooth as possible. Put another way, the realtor has to be a strong advocate on your behalf shepherding you through all that you may encounter in buying a home. In my case I had two!
  Janet Luna and Brad Farrer of Omni Homes International exhibited all the above attributes in my home buying experience and frankly did a lot more on behalf than ever thought was possible.
  When I changed my mind on a particular property they both had my back; they only had my happiness in mind with respect to the property I would ultimately choose.
  I believe I got lucky having them as my realtors and if so happens that I continue to seek property in AZ they are the only realtors that I will need. They were and are fantastic.

  I recently relocated to Tucson and was looking for an exceptional real estate agent. I worked with several prior to finding Janet. She is exceptional in every way. Very professional, returns calls and texts in a timely manner, guides you through the process and answers any questions you may have. She is personable and intuitive with your needs if you are looking for Wonder Women disguised as a Realtor you have found her!

  I am in awe of the service that Janet Luna offers and delivers! It was a terrifying thought to know we had to choose the "right" realtor to sell our home. We chose Janet- and feel blessed that we did. Her presentation was incredible- She has a wonderful personality- and is very intuitive understanding your feelings. She inspired confidence, and offered services that surprised me. Her attitude was- "Don't Worry!" and assured us that any problem that came up- she could take care of. To my amazement, after the moving company took our belongings to our new home- she did care of everything- having the house professionally cleaned, photographed {and what photos!! daytime, evening sunset, drone shots of both, and even after dark when the spotlights were on}. She did a video walk thru, and had the house virtually staged. She presented it on social media. She showed us how to sign documents virtually {{wow}} and made us feel very secure that our home was in very capable hands. The peace of mind that she gave us was incredible.
  
  Incredibly she sold the house in less than 24 hrs- becoming the buyers agent too. She explained every step and made it easy to understand. We were so blessed to have chosen her... and enjoyed the security and how comfortable this process was under her direction. We truly did not have any worry about our home going on the market- and are still euphoric over how easy the process was.
