  Zane was my service writer. Zane did an excellent job in looking out for me and my Z4. The service was provided in a period of time shorter than promised or expected. I was well served by the service department.

  Came in for a routine oil change. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my mask at my office and so I asked if they had an extra one that I could have and they didn't hesitate to offer me a new one.
  
  Always a pleasure working with Ryan when getting my BMW serviced: phenomenal customer service and I appreciated him his assistance in getting me in and out quickly so I could get on with my day. The service team topped off my fluids, filled the air in my tires, did a quick inspection and vacuumed my car in a very reasonable amount of time.

  Ryan and BMW staff were very accommodating. Ryan kept us updated and went beyond what we had asked by providing estimates for other items required on the vehicle. BMW was also equipped to work with the confines of COVID-19 of which I was impressed. Great service!

  Best place to buy a used vehicle. You leave there feeling very confident in your purchase. My experience was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the place within an hour. Zero complaints

  I finally got the car of my dreams thanks to my wonderful husband and BMW of Tucson! We worked with John a few months ago and just couldn’t agree on a price, so we took some time off, let some time pass, and went back right after New Year’s Day. John and the team at BMW of Tucson did everything in their power to get me into my car, including offering to buy us lunch! It was a long day, but so worth it! I absolutely LOVE my 2019 BMW X3 M40i!!!
