Bart and his crew are first rate! I made an appointment as a new customer, showed up. they wrote up the work order, arranged for a loaner, and had me on my way. I had a long list of repairs and maintenance items, so I returned the next day, and they meticulously went over everything they worked on. When I was presented the invoice, it was the same as the estimate..no surprises. I'm really happy to have found them, and I highly recommend them.

2012 Audi A6 - 69,000 mi
Took car in for check engine light. They diagnosed the most likely cause that required attention but also made it clear that a more upstream problem could be the cause. That diagnosis would cost about $1000 before repairs. Chris took a lot of time to explain this and was very transparent. In the end, the original fix seems to have solved the issue and the cost was reasonable and certainly cheaper than Audi dealership. STRENGTHS: professional and up-front, no pressure sales. Loaner cars available. Will return for routine maintenance.
