(September 17, 2022, 1:19 pm)The Atmosphere have been welcoming with strong support from the coaches. The focus and efforts from the members brings great competition to the table. With the largest space available you’re able to compete against 17-20 folks without stepping on toes. The rig space is accommodating for all members regardless of your height. Will be dropping back in once I’ve returned!

(August 25, 2022, 9:48 pm)This gym is like a family. Everyone is awesome and they all help you reach your goals. I'm in the best shape of my life and working toward my ideal body. If this gym were to ever close I would probably spiral into depression and obesity, just saying.

(August 17, 2022, 9:51 pm)I've been coming to Iron Grip CrossFit for just under a year. They're very accommodating to different levels of fitness and help with modifications. I'm now 5 months pregnant and with their help and no judgement am able to continue my workouts. I highly recommend this CrossFit gym!

(December 21, 2021, 1:55 pm)Iron Grip Crossfit is an all-around complete package for your physical, as well as, mental health. The coaches are extremely competent and compassionate. Every coach, every class, works to make the experience as positive as possible with eyes on individual fitness goals. Limitations are considered and scaling to achieve the best personal workout is encouraged.
The gym equipment is in great condition and plenty for the class sizes.
This gym, it's coaches, and the gym members themselves always provide encouragement, support, and a positive outlook.

(September 24, 2021, 3:42 am)I recently joined the Iron Grip family about 2 months ago. From the very first class that I attended, I knew I had made a great choice. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. The other members of the gym are also very friendly and encouraging. There's no negativity, or judgement. Everyone there truly wants to see everyone else succeed and improve. I can't say enough great things about this gym. I would HIGHLY encourage anyone that is on the fence to take a chance, and attend a free class. You'll be glad you did!
