  People seem great except for the rude and miserable lady at the front door. Worst person for a greeting job I’ve ever encountered!

  I just moved down to Tucson from Virginia... The VA clinic and services here are way better. Never got my ID card issued in Virginia, but I seriously just gave this place a call, quick responses, great courtesy... Weird how this works. I just called in, stopped by to get my ID card issued, and within 5 minutes it's ready to be mailed out to me in a week. God bless you all. PLEASE keep this up. You have my thanks!!

  These people are awesome! My new NP, Bea, is the most thorough & prompt provider I've ever had. Every staff member cares & is professional. Sometimes I have to wait beyond an appointment time, but not too long, very often. They do an amazing job for all of the veterans they service. My phone calls are answered with respect without much waiting, and if I leave a message for my NP, staff sends it immediately as I am talking to them on the phone & she gets back to me promptly with treatment or direction to come in to see her. I am very glad to be part of this VA clinic. They are doing a superb job!
