“Had a 2:00 pm appointment and arrive at 1:55 pm, I left at 2:45 pm. A wait in in front of me in lines car was in before me which is fine. What's the appointment for? No staff saying we are a bit backed up can you wait a bit. Several times my cars have leaked when brought home from this shop but it's convenient and the staff is friendly but I don't have time for this. john d. 5/19/20 The Manager called and quickly remedied my issue. He asked if I could come directly over and I would be taken care of. The guys were waiting for me and turned the car around quickly and were pleasant, as always.
