Yoga With Bonnie

There are times I have entered her class with all sorts of stressors, aches and pains. I leave feeling great. Not only are the aches and pains gone, I am relaxed, focused and ready to take on what life has coming my way. Thank You Bonnie Namaste!!!

Bonnie is the kindest most encouraging soul to lead your body and spirit through yoga. I went to her prenatal yoga for most of my pregnancy. I’d go in exhausted and achy but leave rejuvenated and zen. She genuinely cares about her students. I always felt like a queen after each session and that’s hard to do when pregnant!

Bonnie’s prenatal yoga classes at The Core were a game changer during my second pregnancy. Her warmth, knowledge and sense of humor made for a truly enjoyable class that left me well prepared for labor and delivery. I was able to stay active longer during this pregnancy and had a much easier recovery and have no doubt it was in part due to these classes.

I did prenatal yoga with Bonnie and it was amazing! I had such terrible back pain while I was pregnant and her class was the first time in weeks I didn't hurt. Bonnie's class was so healing - not only did it make me feel physically better but it eased my mind and helped me relax. Bonnie is so kind and encouraging; I can't say enough good things about her class!

I took Bonnie's prenatal classes all throughout my pregnancy and had an amazing smooth delivery and healthy calm baby! I then took her postnatal classes as well! I have learned so much from her, she is very up to date on current advances/health concerns with her students (as a nurse I would know), she is very kind, and I have loved every class! I learned breathing techniques, tips for labor, and remained very low stress throughout my entire pregnancy thanks to her! I can't recommend these classes enough! I have been to multiple locations just so I can keep her as my teacher! Best yoga classes in town and she even helps with recommendations for other services any mother might need in town, she knows all the good people and places to recommend!
