The Sales Agent, Barbi, was very instrumental in assisting us with this process, and I truly appreciated her availability and how quickly she responded whenever I had any questions and/or concerns. I also appreciated Barbi's calm demeanor and professionalism, which helped me during my moments of "chomping at the bit" when I felt that the process was not progressing as quickly (it's that "instant gratification" thing), as I wanted it to progress.
If you're looking for a place to live, RCMHP is a lovely community with a professional Sales Staff and friendly, proficient Office Managers. You will definitely feel welcomed and happy to call this Park "Home, sweet home." -

(June 6, 2020, 4:58 pm)A family member lives here, so I visit fairly often. It is a beautiful neighborhood. The homes all seem to be well kept and there is a lot of variety of how they are decorated and landscaped. The club house is very nice to. There is a beautiful central "boulevard" as well. This is a gated community with an actual human at the gate rather than a keypad. They are pretty strict about who gets in. That gives folks a bit more security.
