Bob made himself available outside of office hours and took my phone calls late at night when we have questions and needed to make changes. He was very accommodating, compassionate and professional. I and my family have had several occasions to engage the Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel over the past 10 or so years, most recently in February of 2018. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attend to all details in the most respectful and sincere manner, which is exactly what one would hope under such circumstances. The service at the Chapel as well as at the cemetery was exactly as agreed and professionally managed in every way. What I appreciated most was that they listened and understood from our first meeting exactly what I and my family’s wishes were and respected those desires. I know they will be as helpful in the future.
