Shawn has an excellent trainer to be learning from ... the sales office was really clean and the gentleman men outside loading are really nice and professional I will definitely return for future projects and refer friends and family

Excellent... Pioneer employees are very knowledgeable about landscaping and all the projects around the house to large Commercial projects! One of the best parts is their employees they are very helpful whether it's a large commercial job or a small project they show you around and you end up with what you want and it looks beautiful... thank you Pioneer ☺️

This past week I scheduled a delivery from Pioneer landscape center (Mann st. location). I received a 30 min courtesy call from flatbed truck driver Stacy. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there to specify where I’d need the load dropped. However I did explained to Stacy where I’d like the pavers dropped. She professionally replied that she’d be happy to accommodate as long as she was able to do so safely. The customer signed for delivery, once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised the drop was exactly where I wanted which saved us an entire day labor if they’d simply been drop off in front. Thank you Stacy.

Update:
Roy delivered our pavers and once again, wow! Talk about the nicest delivery driver I’ve ever met! He was extremely pleasant with a fantastic attitude and kindness from the second he called saying he was on his way to deliver! What an amazing location and company this is with too notch customer service from everyone we’ve dealt with! Love it! Thank you to Kayla, Roy and Pioneer!

Wow, Kayla running the front desk provides excellent customer service! She is friendly, knowledgeable, crazy busy and incredibly hard working! Their prices and delivery fee are super reasonable and with amazing customer service to boot, this will be our first stop for any future needs! Thank you Kayla and Pioneer!
