Arrived and was seen as soon as they were able, They told me roughly 2- 2 1/2 hours which it was. They loaded the tires in my car so I could put them on at home, explained the warranty, explained additional charges, friendly and courteous even though they were slammed. Very good experience.
Only issue I had was it taking 5 days for my tires to arrive... good thing I didn't leave my car there in the parking lot like the insurance wanted...
