    Was sent here from their other location off of Jefferson. However, Ms. Lauren was able to assist me with no issues. She has a wide range of knowledge of the U-Haul business and is a great asset to the franchise. Ms. Lauren is amazing at what she does, actually cares about the customer, and ensures customer needs are met. Promote to Assistant Manager!!

    Great experience this morning at the 22nd and Kolb location. Courteous and knowledgeable. I live much closer to other locations but wanted great service. Great job.

    Sebastian was an amazing help and I've been loving my phone ever since he highly recommended it. He's always there to answer all my questions and never leaves me doubting my choices. I love his customer service and I never leave disappointed.

    I have never rented anything from this location but I knew someone who used the storage. They have a very friendly staff from what I saw. As a matter of fact, I will be coming in today ( if they are open) to rent a truck to move into my beautiful home.
