Incredible customer service... Thank you!

Bought new frames for readers. One pair was so uncomfortable due to thick temple
pieces that conflicted with oxygen cannula tubing.
When I returned to Lesco for help with the frames, Veronica went out of her way to help me find frames that fit and were comfortable.
She was very patient, understanding and so helpful.
Need glasses or frames ? I suggest you go to Lesco on Grant Rd and speak to Veronica.
She is amazing.

What friendly and competent staff. My husband was in search of the perfect frame for his new glasses and Arabella was the perfect person to help him. Their prices are so reasonable. What you would pay somewhere else for just the frame, you can get frame and lenses for the same price......
What was suppose to take 3 weeks only took 3 days. They fit comfortably and work great ;)

They are requiring and providing masks and hand sanitizer. Handled a person who refused to wear mask very well, very gently. I was very impressed by these young ladies!

The employees at this optical store went above and beyond to try to help me with my glasses. The end result is that I am happy with my pair of glasses. The store is very clean and the employees are very careful with maintaining the glasses sanitized that one tries on for the next customer that will come in. I recommend very highly this particular Lesco Optical!
