I'm sorry if this review is a little biased but I absolutely love the staff here. My transition to a prosthetic has not been an easy on ( I was starting to be confident on my prosthetic and 2 infection hit my risidual limb then got covid and lost 60lb after). Everyone there was worried about me got personal visits in the hospital and also in-patient physical therapy. If I would have gone to Hanger I know that I would have never got the level of service I've gotten here at Pongratz. Thank you guys and please don't ever change.

First of all I would like to say and I'm not one to post reviews or experiences and whatnot online don't like the internet don't like Facebook don't like my opinion out there for everyone..
What changed my mind about posting for pongrats Orthotics and Prosthetics is that a found it a bit unfair and upsetting that Tucson lemon brace which have been to has reviews Tucson Orthotics what that been to has reviews Tucson limb and Brace which I've been to has reviews I've been an amputee for 30 years and now for several years I have been a patient of pongrats on Grant Road and I am the happiest and most satisfied of all the prosthetic companies I've been to but yet pongrats has no reviews!! What is up with that the best most professional friendliest place and no one writes reviews which is why I felt the need to let you guys know if you start anywhere you should start here at pongrats, very professional and thorough but also after my prosthetic doctor serve me a couple times and you got to know who I am as a patient he became very caring as to my needs and seems to go out of his way to help me out in whatever situation I have I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say his name but I will say I consider him the best prosthesis doctor out of all the ones I've seen in 30 years of being a onelegger I also consider him as a true friend as well..!
Now you tell me how many of your professional doctor's can you say that about..
