Great atmosphere and amazing staff. I've been visiting this place for almost a year. I am active duty military, run, swim, lift weights and practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and my body would not survive without coming here at least four times a week.

Hurt my back after doing yard work (plus 2 prior back surgeries) decided to give cryotherapy a try. So happy I did! The chamber plus local and red lights provided such relief and helped me heal much faster and improved my sleep quality drastically after 1st treatment. They also have a great team. Very professional and knowledgeable. I've learned so much during my unlimited 3-service month. I'm not a fan of being cold but this experience is unbelievable and will continue to be a client. It's a MUST if you have inflammation of any kind, or self-care in general. Also helping my rosacea, added bonus!

Have been going for more than a year, they have the best equipment, amazing and knowledgable staff and a fun environment. I have tried everything there and highly recommend it. I had been having chronic upper neck and shoulder pain and it's gone now.

From helping with my energy level, to instant mood improvement, improving the quality of sleep, among numerous other things. Have been going regularly since I first started almost nine months ago and hate to miss.
