  I had the absolute best experience here at shoe carnival. A few days ago I had bought a pair of slip resistant dress shoes, big mistake. They were uncomfortable and I still was sliding all over the place. I work in the deli at publix the slickest place on earth. I came in to return, or exchange them and it strictly says No returns of worn shoes, they were bad from just one day In the deli. Then enters Janine the "mom" of shoe carnival.(Manager). All I can say is she took care of me. Walked around with me until I found one the looked good and was comfortable. She allowed me to exchange them(Note: This doesn't normally happen so don't expect it)and get 10 dollars back because the difference in price. She was a huge help and so was her employee Natalie(who cleaned the dirty ones I brought in). Thank you so much guys!

  I went there today to buy my kids some new shoes. This is something that in the past has been very hectic for me. I just want to say that the two young ladies that were working tonight were extremely helpful. They both helped me get the kids most current sizes and assisted me multiple times to find what I was looking for. One even complimented me on my mask and the both were really nice to my kids on our way out. This is all I ever wanted shoe shopping to be haha I truly appreciate great costumer service so thank you.

  The employees were very attentive and friendly. It was clean, neat and well organized. I had no problem locating the shoes I saw online of interest to purchase. I only wish shoe stores could stock more wide size variety shoes and colors for Nike, Adidas, etc.

  I am writing from my husband's computer.(Natalia Krivets). My hair stylist Mila is amazing with excellent attention to detail in both cut and color. Super friendly and a great listener! She's always personable, professional and knowledgeable. My haircut was exactly what I wanted. Great hair salon and I would highly recommend her for anyone! Very nice staff and atmosphere. I'm pleased every time. Thank you.

  I have had color, cut and for the first time ever, hair extensions. Salon owner, Mila is my stylist and she is exceptional. I'm uber particular about my hair and always get compliments on how it looks. Been going ther for over one year regularly. She's my number one choice for all things hair!
