While visiting a friend, it seemed as if the transmission in her car was going out. She did the right thing, called me instead of attempting to drive it home. I came across Gallo Transmission and the reviews convinced me to call. The owner cared so much about my concerns, she gave me her personal cell and assured me it would be taken care of. She arranged the tow and went above and beyond what I expected in customer service. I highly recommend Gallo Transmission for all your automotive needs.
