I used to go to a Music and Arts in Maryland (no idea it was the same place) and I can say that their customer service is above and beyond across the country! I took a bass with a broken bridge to a certain big box retailer and all they could do is stand there with a shocked look and say they couldn't do anything for me. I went to Music and Arts (should've gone there 1st) and was treated like I was the only customer in the store. “Wow! What a professional and customer service oriented business. Travis and crew did an amazing job with our home insulation. We had multiple projects going on at the same time at our home and Travis worked with and around the schedules of the other contractors. Travis kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. Our job was not an easy one since the attic space had previously been home to pack rats and a raccoon and had limited space in many areas.
