“The good outweighs the bad. Yes, it’s dated, but sometimes shiny and new is not the best. The Casita is big, adequate, I love it. I like being in back of the main building except parking my truck far away, especially with signing all the waivers saying La Posada is not responsible for damage or break in to vehicles. Put more cameras up or maybe I didn’t notice that many. The clerk was, shall I say, unique. A little argumentative regarding the security fee. I don’t mind a $50 hold “Everywhere else charges $100” I was told. My issue was the price was different than I reserved, a simple misunderstanding, take a chill pill. And yes, I adhere to all policies, I detest smoking and I do take offense when someone thinks I’ll smoke and break the rules. It must be allowed somewhere as I smelled smoke when I walked out of my room. I thought I’d enjoy my morning bagel/coffee next to the pool with the water fall-denied, big old chain around the gate. Seriously? We sign waivers, we are responsible and assume our own risks, don’t chain off the pool and ruin a peaceful morning, please. Overall the little touches were nice, thank you.”

“I stopped for a quick bite. I was craving a Sonoran hot dog and this was the closest one. This was your typical hot dog loaded with everything. What set this place apart from the others was the bacon wrapped chili filled with cheese. That was delicious, it made the stop worth it. Hot dog $3 can of coke $1. I'll be back!”

“Very cute little place. Great alternative to a big chain hotel. Pools are a bit small. Staff was very accommodating. They lost a star due to cleanliness. We spilled something on the wood floor and used a towel to wipe it up. The towel came back very dirty. Floors clearly are not cleaned thoroughly. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot around the room. Best guess is the area rug in the room has never been cleaned either.”

Great sushi at a hole in the wall place that, despite being in the middle of a busy shopping area, is quiet and relaxing as well as clean. A bit pricey, but what sushi restaurant isnt? I find the cost to be appropriate, and the quality of food and service to be stellar. This will not be my last visit, and I can all but guarantee you will also enjoy your experience here.”

I called to let them know my order was messed up and spoke to the general manager Shawn. He was so courteous and apologetic best customer service I have had in a long time! He had the cooks redo the order and drove the order to me! I thought he was only bringing me the missed and incorrect items and when he arrived we realized he had them remake the whole order!
