Although my unit is older, they don’t try to sell me parts I don't need. I trust them. And Big Number 1 is literally the best MANAGED small business I've ever been in. Each area is clearly its own profit center, the phones get answered before one ring, and consistent follow up with outgoing phone calls happen regularly. And I get the feeling that the owner rewards individual performance with higher pay. That's a reward and accountability system intertwined. The brands are excellent, the hours are long, and the employees get a break as they are closed on Sunday AND Monday. Conveniently located by I 65, they make doing business fun. See for yourself.”

If you're looking for a fully traditional breakfast menu, this might not meet your needs but if you're flexible you'll definitely find something you like. “I had such a good experience with Our Sweet Lil' Cakery today. I had ordered cupcakes for a party and then had an emergency so I was not able to pick them up before they closed today. I notified them I would pick up Tuesday if my order was still available. The owner waited past closing time so I could get my order today, since they are closed Sunday and Monday and she knew my order was for Monday. I used to go to a Music and Arts in Maryland (no idea it was the same place) and I can say that their customer service is above and beyond across the country! I took a bass with a broken bridge to a certain big box retailer and all they could do is stand there with a shocked look and say they couldn't do anything for me. “Awesome food in a pretty setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Only bad part was each of the 5 meals we ate there we were next to or 1 table away from a screaming infant/toddler which really took our celebration weekend enjoyment down a notch. They do not have room service right now or else we would have eaten in the dining room in our suite instead of having to deal with that. (Please don't hate on me - we have children who we get a sitter for or remove from a restaurant instead of ruining other peoples meals)”
